  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

  • We accept payment by bank transfer.

  • Shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of your order and are charged at cost price with no added margin.

  • Each product listing displays its weight for your reference.

  • You will receive an estimated delivery date in advance of placing your order.

  • We are not liable for delays outside our control, but will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery schedule.

5. Returns & Faulty Goods

  • Returns are only accepted if goods are faulty or damaged on delivery.

  • If you believe your item is faulty, contact us within 5 days of receipt with your order details and photographs of the issue.

  • If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or non-fault reasons.
