Refund and Returns Policy

At Snug Play, we take pride in the quality and durability of our inclusive playground products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.
Returns
We only accept returns if your goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

You will be asked to provide details and, if possible, photographs of the issue to help us assess the fault.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for reasons other than fault or damage. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or if the product is no longer required.
Process for Faulty Returns

Contact Us: Email info@snugplay.co.uk within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the fault.

Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or images.

Resolution: If the item is confirmed faulty, we will provide instructions for return and process your replacement promptly.
